Reading Practice: A Day in the City

• Reggel a férfi elindul a városba. [In the morning, the man sets off for the city.]
• Bemegy egy boltba, és vesz kenyeret. [He goes into a store and buys bread.]
• Amikor kijön a boltból, meglátja a barátját. [When he comes out of the store, he sees his friend.]
• A barátja az utca sarkán áll. [His friend is standing on the corner of the street.]
• A férfi odamegy a barátjához. [The man goes over to his friend.]
• Sokáig beszélgetnek az étterem előtt. [They talk for a long time in front of the restaurant.]
• Utána beülnek egy kávézóba, amely a színház mellett van. [Then they go into a cafe that is next to the theater.]
• A kávézóban kávét isznak. [They drink coffee in the cafe.]
• A kávéscsészét az asztalra teszik. [They put the coffee cup on the table.]
• Délután a férfi hazamegy Budapestről. [In the afternoon, the man goes home from Budapest.]
