Indefinite Verb Conjugation in the Present Tense
Hungarian verbs have two conjugation types: indefinite and definite. Use the indefinite conjugation when the action has no object, or when the object is indefinite, such as a noun with egy (“a/an”) or no article.
The dictionary form of a Hungarian verb is the 3rd-person singular present indefinite form: “he/she does.” Personal endings are added to this stem according to vowel harmony.
Indefinite endings:
